About the opportunity

Litigation Attorney (Temporary Contract) Our client, a major energy company, is seeking an experienced temporary Litigation Attorney to support its General Litigation team. The role is 35 hours per week anticipated to start immediately. The expected duration is one year. This position will work remotely with occasional in-office presence required for meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Draft motions, including motions for summary judgment Conduct thorough file reviews for cases approaching trial or requiring strategic assessment Analyze medical records and high-severity injury cases Provide backend litigation support to in-house attorneys (work product is drafted on behalf of attorneys, not independently filed) Assist with general case preparation and legal research as needed

Qualifications

5–7+ years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury defense Strong experience drafting motions and handling litigation documents Experience reviewing complex case files and identifying key legal and factual issues Familiarity with high-exposure / serious injury matters Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing workflow If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the requirements, please reply with your resume.
